Heather will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours of receipt and will respond formally within 21 days of receipt. 

Please let Heather Rose know if you are still not satisfied as we are keen to resolve matters to your satisfaction and wish to learn from any mistakes made. 

If your complaint is not resolved you can contact the Legal Ombudsman at www.legalombudsman.org.uk to consider the complaint.

Ordinarily, the complainant must refer the complaint to the Legal Ombudsman no later than: - one year from the act/omission; or one year from when the complainant should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.

The Legal Ombudsman may extend the time limits considered fair and reasonable to do so.
